A nursing home must have an effective procedure for receiving complaints and for responding to those complaints. The RNA is a state-tested, certified, licensed, or registered nursing assistant who has received additional education in restorative nursing care and who works under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The area where the new facility is to be constructed is much more congested than the area where the present complex is located, and is in a "higher rent district."
